A friend of mine told me about Swift Disability. I was doubtful and didn't know if I could trust them with my personal information. Wendy was amazing in answering all my questions which was very reassuring. The hands on approach impeccable. I was kept informed every step of the way. The process couldn't have been any easier. The cost of having the doctor fill out the form was missed but that is minute. I was still doubtful even when I received the letter and phone call advising of the payment. I received my payment today which to me is quite fast from the date the process commenced and with more information needed from my doctor. Thank you Wendy and Ryan.

I recently applied to Swift in regards to seeking disability claim. I viewed with skepticism the ad that said I may qualify for a Disability Credit. But I researched Swift and decided to contact them as they had a good record. I had River contact me as I requested and she explained how it works and answered my questions. She put me at ease with the whole process and with my right to make an application. She took care of contacting my doctor after I gave my permission and things have just moved along without a snag! Now River called me this week to tell me my application has been accepted!! My biggest appreciation is how kind and calm and knowledgeable she was...no pressure and true caring.

I found Swift Disability in an online add. I thought I would give them a try. Frankly, I was skeptical - at first. Today I received money from CRA. This is a legitimate, caring company who work for your benefit-and stay on top of the situation. Every step of the way, I had great contact with the case worker (not sure if that’s their proper title). Every question was answered clearly, every step was explained well, and they let you know what was happening all along the way. I was not sure when I first contacted Swift if they would be able to help me or not. I have had a few health issues and now cannot do much of anything, which is very frustrating. Anyway I talked with Shauneen and she was very helpful and so polite and uplifting. She was able to get me the help I needed and it was such a pleasure working with her. My experience working with Jenna & her team at Swift Disability Services was beyond anything I could have imagined. I was skeptical at first & didn’t hold out much hope of any success, but the knowledge, expertise & hard work of Jenna & her crew made a believer out of me & today I received a nice cheque from CRA which is not only beneficial to myself but to hundreds of others, as I’m using some of the money to go to Uganda on a missions trip!! If anyone needs help with getting their disability tax credit approved, I strongly recommend reaching out to Swift Disability. Previously, I had contacted 5 other organizations that had declined my case, until I contacted Swift Disability and a year later received approval for all the periods I was disabled. Jenna was absolutely incredible, she never gave up, even when I was close to giving up. She knew what CRA was looking for and got my approval for the entire 10 year period. I can truly say that if it wasn’t for Jenna at Swift Disability, I wouldn’t have received my benefits from CRA.
